About the Program

Day Program meets the needs of male and female adolescents that require supervision during first and second shifts during the summer months. Clients receive a highly structured, recreationally based program that implements behavior modification techniques. Clients are provided opportunities to apply skills learned in closely monitored community activities.

Services and programming for Day Program clients includes:

  • Arts and crafts
  • Drop everything and read
  • Community outings
  • Study time
  • Recreation
  • Independent living skills
  • Behavior modification
  • Daily documentation

The Day Program is offered during the months of June, July, and August, and is open to ages 9-17. Adolescents in the community my be referred to the program by their county worker, the courts, a parent, school personnel or other source by contacting our Program Manager .
