clients

Staff
has been
individually
trained
in "Mind
Over
Matters:
The
Nation's
Number
One
Corrective
Thinking
Training."
The
principles
of this
training
have
been
incorporated
into our
seven
level
behavioral
system.

Level
One
looks
for
cooperation
with
and
honesty
in
all
assessments,
compliance
with
ABC
expectations
and
a
substance
and
crime
free
lifestyle.

Level
Two
includes
the
expectations
for
level
one
plus:
client
begins
to
share
thoughts
and
feelings
and
take
ownership
of
attitudes
and
behaviors.
-
Level
Three
includes
the
expectations
for
the
previous
levels
plus:
client
is
able
to
identify
and
share
thoughts
and
feelings
appropriately,
accept
responsibility
for
negative
and
positive
behaviors,
is
assertive
in
communication
and
is
beginning
to
break
unhealthy
loyalties
and
secret
keeping
behaviors.

Four
includes
the

of
the
previous
levels

clients
is
able
to
be a
positive
role
model
for
peers,
recognize
and
self-regulate
unhealthy
behavior

dysfunction
and
some
freedom
to
apply
new
skills.

transitions

client
to
home

is a
twelve
week
outpatient
aftercare
program
which
includes
accountability
and
support,
relapse
prevention
and
family
restructuring
sessions.
